- 2 Packs Asian Noodles or Shirataki Noodles
- 1 Medium Onion (cut)
- 2 Medium Tomatoes (cut)
- 1 Package Baby Bella Mushrooms (diced)
- 1 Bunch Asparagus (chopped)
- 3 tablespoon(s) Dark Brown Sugar (Splenda Brown Sugar)
- 2 tablespoon(s) Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 2 teaspoon(s) Minced Garlic
- 2 tablespoon(s) Rice Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon(s) Sesame Oil
- 0.25 cup(s) Peanut Butter (may use Walden Farms)
Sesame Peanut Noodles Directions
- Cut the vegetables to sizes of your choice and put them in boiling water (*Note: my noodles were already cooked, which is why I put the vegetables in first.
- If you plan on using uncooked noodles, cook the noodles first for a few minutes THEN add the vegetables!)Mix together all the above ingredients together in a large bowl.
- When the noodles & vegetables are done, drain it and put it in the big bowl that contains the sauce.
- Toss and mix the noodles, and enjoy!
